Compost Speading

We had a load of compost-manure mix delivered at the church and it needed to be spread before the weekend. A group of Emmanuel Stars arrived on Tuesday morning to help spread it.

Much banter and laughter was the order of the day and we named ourselves the "Dung Beetles!"

Maranatha Moms Picnic

Maranatha Moms is our fellowship group for moms with kids of any age. They meet on Friday mornings and have been a lifeline for moms with little ones who aren't sleeping as well as a source of wisdom for parents of the "tweens" and "teens."

To close off a meaningful year, the Moms decided to have a family picnic at the Pretoria Botanical Gardens and on a hot summery November morning we gathered together for a wonderful time with our families. It was a great way to end of a busy year!

A huge thank you goes out to Natalie who with the help of Carrol, Gerda and Paula has put lots of hard work into Maranatha Moms through the year and for organising a great picnic. We appreciate you very much!
